The Fall Awards and pitch-in dinner will be held November 1, 2017. Dinner will be for coaches and athletes ONLY from 5:45-6:30 p.m. in the Beech Grove High School cafeteria.
Each athlete should bring the following items to the cafeteria:
- Freshman – Drinks
- Sophomores – Desserts
- Juniors – Fruit or Vegetable Dish
- Seniors – Hot Side Dish
The HIVE (Athletics Booster Club) will provide hamburgers and hot dogs as the main course.
Family, friends, and relatives are invited to the Fall Awards program after dinner is over close to 6:30 p.m.
