Coach Jacob Wickliff – “It’s already difficult for players in a program to fully buy-in to a new head coach and a new coaching staff, and it’s even harder as a senior who has had three head coaches in four years. Right from the start, one of the first messages I received from Blake simply said: “..I’m ready to win.” Blake was the first upperclassman to step forward in a leadership role ready to work. His leadership and commitment during the off-season has helped set the new standard for our program as an example of what it takes to represent Beech Grove Baseball. Blake has recently signed to continue his academic and athletic career playing baseball at Napa Valley College in California, and on behalf of the Beech Grove Baseball program, we thank him for his leadership and wish him the best of luck!”
