Hornets News · Updated Event Protocols

As we continue to see a rise in cases of Covid-19 additional restrictions and guidance have come from the Marion County Health Department.  The information below details our event guidelines for winter athletics.  We will continue to update parents, coaches, and student-athletes as needed.  We highly encourage everyone to follow these protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment.

2020-21 Event Information

Capacity of Athletic Venues & Ticket Sales

  • In accordance with the Marion County Health Department, Beech Grove athletic events will be limited to participants, parents/guardians, and support personnel. Beech Grove HS will transition to online tickets during the winter and spring sports through GoFan. We will not sell all-sports or family passes due to the uncertainty of the athletic seasons surrounding the potential cancellation of events. Also, we will not honor Beech Grove gold cards due to the safety of our gold cardholders through ticket tracking requirements and accounting of financials.
