Our swimmer of the meet was Marina Martin who faced her fears of the 100 backstroke and PRed her time by 4 seconds.
Another special shout-out to Hannah Roe who volunteered to swim the 100 Fly when she realized the team needed her in that event which sets a prime example of the “we before me” behavior we all strive to present. Way to be a great teammate, Hannah!
The Lady Hornets will face Southport at home next Tuesday. It is also the boys’ first meet so come out and support all our Hornet swimmers and divers!
