Franklin Central High School, in partnership with Community Health Network, is hosting a Sports Physical Night to help our student-athletes get cleared and ready for the upcoming season. Whether you're hitting the court, the field, or the diamond, make sure you have your paperwork in order so you don’t miss a single play. Date: May 27th, 2026 Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Location: Franklin Central High School Entrance: Please enter through Door 8W Important Information for Participants To keep things running smoothly, please keep the following requirements in mind: Cost: $20 per physical. Note: Credit card payments will incur an additional service fee. Paperwork: All participants must bring a paper copy of the physical form with them.
