⚽️ BOYS SOCCER SECTIONALS — BRICK BY BRICK 🧱 The regular season may be over, but the journey isn’t. The Beech Grove Hornets are heading into the IHSAA Boys Soccer State Tournament, and this team has already made history. At 9-6, the 2026 Hornets have put together the best overall season in Beech Grove boys soccer program history. The program, which began in 1994, has experienced an incredible turnaround under Head Coach Chance Strickley, now in his second season leading the Hornets. Just one year ago, Beech Grove ended a stretch of 26 consecutive matches without a win. The Hornets fought through that stretch, finally broke through, and finished the season with 3 victories — the program’s most wins in a season since 2019. Now, just one year later... NINE WINS. The Hornets have truly lived up to their team motto: 🧱 BRICK BY BRICK. 🧱 Every practice. Every game. Every setback. Every victory. Brick by brick, this program has been rebuilt.
