Beech Grove Athletics is excited for a fantastic night of football, homecoming festivities, alumni tailgating, and a special band performance! We expect beautiful weather and want to share the timeline and important details for the evening: Ticket gates open at 6:00 PM. - All spectators will go through a required security screening. Please review the attached document for items allowed and prohibited at the game. Tickets: - All tickets must be purchased online in advance or with a credit card at the gate. There will be no cash ticket sales at Beech Grove athletic events. Tickets can be purchased at beechgrove-athletics.com. Pass-Outs: -There are no pass-outs to leave the stadium during the game. If you leave the stadium, you will not be allowed back in, so please bring all items you need to the game upon entry. Gate Closing: -The ticket gates and security screening will close at the end of halftime. No entry will be allowed into the stadium after this time. Kickoff is at 7:00 PM, but be sure to arrive early! At 6:45 PM, we will recognize our Beech Grove Athletic Sponsors. Homecoming Class Floats: - On display next to the school, just inside the ticket gate. Be sure to check them out as each class put in a lot of time and effort to bring back Class Floats! Class of 1954 Recognition: - The class of 1954 will be celebrating their 70th reunion this year. The football team that year went undefeated. We will recognize the accomplishments between the first and second quarters. Halftime Events: - The Homecoming Court will be recognized at the beginning of halftime, and the King and Queen will be announced. Following the announcements, the Beech Grove band will perform their halftime show. Homecoming Dance: -The dance will be held in the auxiliary gym from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Students attending the dance should exit the stadium after the game and enter through the auditorium doors, where their tickets will be verified.
