Last week at the boys' basketball conference game against Cardinal Ritter, BGHS Athletic Director Garret Daniel was presented with the 2024-2025 Indiana Crossroads Conference WEB4ME award. Recipients of the award are selected by the conference athletic directors. The award celebrates individuals who embody the WEB4Me mindset established by our former Beech Grove Athletic Director, Matt English. Mr. Daniel has served BGHS as the school's Athletic Director since 2019. Throughout this time, he has put in countless hours supporting athletic programs and our student-athletes as they grow and develop in their sport and in the classroom. He has been a committed leader within the conference and a devoted advocate for student-athletes, coaches, and high school athletics. Mr. Daniel joins other BGHS award recipients Carl Palma (2019-2020), Jim Pich (2020-2021), and the late Steve Nontell (2023-2024). Congratulations Mr. Daniel and thank for your unwavering support of students and high school athletics.
